this video shows Dean Kamen's (Segway inventor) distilled water invention. Essentially, you can put into the machine any fluid (sea water, dirty water, urine etc) and it will distill this into plain drinkable water. Kamen has high hopes for his new invention which he says can help 1.2billion people in the world who live without clean water.
don't ask how much these machines cost to make or sell. but he needs to have it really pick up. His segway invention was cool, but not sure if it really meets the general needs of the market.
